SPAM® Salad Sandwich Spread

We shouldn't have to egg you on to spread this delightful SPAM® Egg Salad Sandwich Spread on your sandwich. But just in case you need some egging on, let us entice you with just some of its incredible ingredients: marvellous mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, and of course, spectacular SPAM® Chopped pork & Ham!

Ingredients

  • 1 340g can SPAM® Chopped Pork & Ham, finely chopped
  • 4 hard cooked eggs, finely chopped
  • 76g mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped celery
  • 2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tsp prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp minced onion
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Combine SPAM® Chopped Pork & Ham and remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour, up to 24 hours.
  2. Spread on your favourite bread, crackers, or toasted English muffins.
