Cut the SPAM® Chopped Pork and Ham into three thick slices and then again into strips.
Place the SPAM® Chopped Pork and Ham strips into a large dry frying pan (approximately the same size of the tortilla) and dry fry until oil is extracted from the SPAM® Chopped Pork and Ham, and the strips are crisp and golden.
Place the SPAM® Chopped Pork and Ham on a warm plate and keep warm.
Place three eggs into a mixing bowl and add one tablespoon of milk. Season well with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Whisk well with a fork to combine.
Put the frying pan with the residue from the oil used for frying the SPAM® Chopped Pork and Ham back on the heat (plus extra oil as required). When hot pour in the eggs to make a pancake, bringing the cooked edges of the pancake into the centre of the pan and swirling the egg around until all the egg is cooked and you have a perfect round pancake. Turn on to a warm plate and keep warm.
Meanwhile place the drained beans in a non-metallic bowl, microwave on full power until hot, keep warm.
Microwave the tortilla on high for 20 seconds to warm and soften.
Lay on a warm plate, top with the egg pancake, the drained beans and the SPAM® Chopped Pork and Ham strips.
