Delicious SPAM^® Tacos

Ingredients

• 1 340g can SPAM^® Chopped Pork & Ham, diced
• 84g canned black beans, drained and rinsed
• 86g canned sweetcorn, drained
• 10 yellow corn taco shells, heated
• Shredded lettuce
• Diced tomatoes
• Queso Fresco or Feta cheese
• Salsa, sour cream and guacamole dip

Directions

1. In a frying pan, sauté SPAM^® Chopped Pork & Ham until lightlybrowned. Add black beans and corn and heat until warmed through.
2. Fill warm taco shells with SPAM^® mixture.
3. Top tacos with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes and cheese.
4. Serve with salsa, sour cream and guacamole.
