Heat a wok or non-stick frying pan. Add the SPAM® batons and fry until a light golden brown. Then add the strips of pepper and rings of onion and lightly cook for 1 – 2 minutes.
Take the tortilla wraps and lie on a flat surface. Heap in the piping hot SPAM®, onion and pepper mixture arranging the batons lengthways. Tuck in one end and fold in both sides of the wrap to form a neat cone shape.
