1 x 340g can of SPAM® Chopped Pork and Ham, cut in to cubes
200g x grated Cheddar Cheese
1 x large unsliced crusty loaf of bread (round or oval in shape)
9g of garlic butter
1 x tsp of dried parsley
1 x small jar of Ranch sauce for dipping
Directions
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Add cubed SPAM® Chopped Pork and Ham to frying pan and cook until lightly golden.
Place loaf of bread on a foil lined baking sheet and cut the bread lattice style, one inch apart, making sure not to cut through the bottom crust (cut horizontal and vertical).
Stuff the grated cheese between each of the cuts in the load of bread.
Place cooked SPAM® cubes, over the top of the bread, ensuring they fall into some of the cuts.
Spread garlic butter over the top of the loaf and sprinkle with dried parsley.
Cover loaf of bread with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
Remove foil and continue to bake for another 5-10 minutes as preferred.
