SPAM^® BIGOS

Ingredients

• "2 x 340g cans of SPAM^® Chopped Pork and Ham (cut into cubes)
• 2 onions, thinly sliced
• 3 cloves crushed garlic
• 4 potatoes, peeled and cubed
• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 1 teaspoon caraway seed
• 1 tablespoon browning sauce
• salt and pepper to taste
• 500g of sauerkraut with juice"

Directions

1. In a large cooking pot, heat the oil over medium high heat. Add the SPAM^® Chopped Pork and Ham cubes and stir until brown.
2. Stir in the onion and garlic and cook until onion is soft.
3. Stir in potatoes, sauerkraut, browning sauce and salt and pepper to taste. Reduce heat and simmer over low heat for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
